In This Role You Will (Be)

Responsible for carrying out all tasks required to safely, efficiently manage into-plane activity.

Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety tasks strictly according to the Site Operating Standards.

Lead a team of Operators who come into direct contact with customers at each refuelling – set high personal standards, lead by example, ensure follow through, and demonstrate commitment to building a motivated workforce.

Represent Air BP & the JV in all transactions and operational activities with customers, authorities, and other parties as required, acting as a key point of contact for airport operations during your shift.

Plan, lead, and steer the airport refueling operations of the shift, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, professionally, and efficiently at all times.
Global SC Manager - Marine, Energy and Thermal Business
What You Will Need To Be Successful
-
15 years of professional experience.
-
Higher-level degree: Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
-
Strong supply chain experience with proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, both in and outside of supply chain. Commercial experience in a customer-facing role is an added advantage.
-
End-to-end understanding of Supply Chain processes and capability to make this role successful.
-
High collaboration and strong influencing skills with ability to work with global stakeholders.
Additional Information

Be an important member of both GME and Thermal Management Leadership Teams. For Thermal Management business, report to TM business leader.

Work closely with IGME Supply Chain, PU, and Global SC teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technology, planning, procurement, SC, finance, and sales teams.

الدور والمسؤوليات
