Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect customer vehicles in line with company protocols

Accurately document customer concerns and service needs in the CRM system

Clearly explain the repair scope and provide detailed cost estimates

Collaborate with technical teams and senior advisors for accurate diagnostics

Monitor job progress and ensure completion within the promised timeline

Verify completed work, prepare invoices, and manage vehicle handovers

Communicate next service recommendations and future maintenance needs

Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Support reporting and assist with tracking service performance

Estimator

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in an automotive bodyshop estimator or assessor role

Strong knowledge of body repair processes and cost estimation tools

Experience handling insurance-based repairs (preferred)

UAE market knowledge is a strong advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Clean and maintain the reception, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms daily

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as needed

Ensure the pantry is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies

Inform the supervisor when cleaning or pantry supplies are running low

Handle basic tasks like receiving documents, arranging supplies, or running small errands

Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards at all times

Maintain a respectful and helpful attitude with all staff and visitors

Internal Auditor  

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in internal audit roles specific to the insurance sector

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (must be attested and verified)

Equivalency Certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education (mandatory)
