Lead, Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

• Configure, manage, operate, and administer the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions.

• Serve as the point of contact for critical and complex security issues.

• Perform configuration, testing of products, and develop/document work processes to enhance TAQA's security posture.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority.

• Deliver quality, cost-effective service while fulfilling procedural and legislative requirements.

• Complete timely reports in accordance with HQ and business policies and standards.

• Support preparation of periodic management reports and progress reports to inform senior management and facilitate decision-making.

• Comply with organizational requirements in a timely manner.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• 10 years of program management experience, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity.

• Project management certification, e.g., PMP.

• Demonstrated experience in the Energy sector.

Preferred Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• 15+ years in program management, with 7 years in cybersecurity.

• Certifications in CISM or CISSP preferred.

• Splunk Power User Certification.

  مسؤول عن الكشف والاستجابة للتهديدات المتقدمة ضمن عمليات الأمن السيبراني لمجموعة TAQA، بما في ذلك محطات الطاقة والمرافق غير المشغلة. تشمل المهام تحليل الأحداث الأمنية، تحديد الثغرات، وتنفيذ التدابير الوقائية لحماية الأصول الرقمية والبنية التحتية الحيوية للشركة.

• المتطلبات الأساسية:

1. 8+ سنوات خبرة في مركز عمليات الأمن السيبراني.

2. شهادة مستخدم متقدم في Splunk (Splunk Power User).

• المتطلبات المفضلة:

1. درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو علوم الحاسوب أو تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.

2. 10+ سنوات خبرة في مركز عمليات الأمن السيبراني.

3. شهادات مهنية مثل CEH، CISSP، CSAP، SAN، GIAC، CySA وأدوات أمنية أخرى مفضلة.
