Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and company policies. Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and payroll records. Assist in internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant.

QS Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will play a key role in project planning, cost estimation, budgeting, and ensuring value for money while meeting legal and quality standards.

Steel Fixer

Pay: From AED 1,800 a month
Measure, cut, bend, and shape steel bars or mesh to required sizes using hand tools, machinery, or power tools. Tie rebar together using wire and pliers to create reinforcement structures. Position and secure reinforcement in formwork for concrete pours. Maintain alignment, spacing, and positioning of reinforcement as per specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Procurement Officer

Pay: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 a month
Job Purpose: To manage and coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services for construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and compliance with quality and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive purchase requests and verify specifications with relevant departments. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/subcontractors based on quality, price, and delivery time. Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the company. Compare and analyze technical and commercial proposals. Monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with agreed schedules and specifications. Maintain and update the approved suppliers’ list.

Insurance Officer

Responsibilities:
Handle insurance policies, renewals, claims, and related documentation. Coordinate with insurance companies and follow up on pending cases. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all insurance and administrative documents. Support daily office operations (letters, reports, emails, scheduling, data entry). Provide general administrative support to management as required.
Requirements:
Female. Previous experience in Insurance coordination / administrative support. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Can join immediately.

استلام طلبات الشراء والتحقق من المواصفات مع الإدارات المعنية. اختيار الموردين/المقاولين من الباطن وتقييمهم واختيارهم بناءً على الجودة والسعر ووقت التسليم. إعداد وإصدار أوامر الشراء والعقود. التفاوض على الأسعار والشروط والأحكام لتحقيق أفضل قيمة للشركة. مقارنة وتحليل العروض الفنية والتجارية. مراقبة عمليات التسليم لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والمواصفات المتفق عليها. الحفاظ على قائمة الموردين المعتمدين وتحديثها.

موظف التأمين

المسؤوليات:
إدارة وثائق التأمين، وتجديدها، والمطالبات، والوثائق ذات الصلة. التنسيق مع شركات التأمين ومتابعة القضايا العالقة. الحفاظ على دقة السجلات وأنظمة الملفات لجميع وثائق التأمين والوثائق الإدارية. دعم العمليات المكتبية اليومية (الرسائل، التقارير، رسائل البريد الإلكتروني، الجدولة، إدخال البيانات). تقديم الدعم الإداري العام للإدارة عند الحاجة.
