Essential Requirements:

UEFA B minimum qualification.

Member of a Football Association (FA) to maintain their coaching license or international equivalent.

Education in sports coaching or teaching.
-
Must hold or obtain safeguarding training (e.g., FA Safeguarding Children Workshop) as soon as possible.

Experience coaching in a football environment.
-
Proven ability to work with players from varying backgrounds and cultures.

Experience implementing and developing a football coaching syllabus.

Demonstrable experience in planning, delivering, and reviewing sessions.

Knowledge of player development and the four-corner model.

Experience working within a professional football club or sporting organization.
