Junior Civil Engineer

About the job

Position: Junior Civil Engineer

Role Summary:

Support execution of interior fit-out works including civil finishes, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and coordination with MEP trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil fit-out activities on site
Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
Ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor material usage and site progress
Assist in inspections, snagging, and handover activities

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
4–5 years fit-out experience (commercial / high-end interiors)
Good understanding of drawings and site coordination
DIFC or premium project exposure preferred

Assistant Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring compliance with contractual and internal billing requirements
Monitor accounts receivable on a regular basis and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely collections in line with credit terms
Prepare, share, and explain Statements of Accounts (SOA) to customers, investigate variances, and resolve billing or payment discrepancies promptly
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including AR aging analysis, revenue cut-off, provisions, and reporting requirements
Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing required schedules and supporting documents

Facilities Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry
Prior experience in site-based FM operations (industrial or remote locations preferred)
Knowledge of hard and soft FM services
Familiarity with CAFM systems is an advantage
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work independently in a remote/industrial location
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
