Tax Manager (Space42)

Key Accountabilities:

Establish and maintain group wide tax compliance through efficient processes covering the full tax cycle
Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance in the UAE and international jurisdictions
Manage all tax related activities including planning, implementation, record keeping, filings, assessments, audits, and closures
Continuously assess tax structures including transfer pricing and thin capitalization and develop appropriate tax strategies
Optimize tax efficiency while minimizing legal tax burdens
Advise on tax implications of transactions, structuring, and permanent establishment risks
Fulfil statutory filing and reporting obligations including OECD requirements
Evaluate contracts, transactions, projects, and secondment arrangements for tax implications

Associate - Financial Accounting (Space42)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or shared service environment
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Inventory & Project module)
Ability to manage accounting tasks independently under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exposure to internal or external audit processes
Knowledge of tools such as Power Query, Oracle OTBI, or Spreadsheet Server is a plus

Manager - Spacecraft Analysis (Space42)

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree
10+ years demonstrated competency in Spacecraft Operations roles
Experience in supporting procurement or onboarding of spacecrafts in the Spacecraft Operations Center (SOC aspects)

Technical Requirements:

Expert-level proficiency in satellite and ground operations, including anomaly management and troubleshooting
Knowledge and experience in Payload units and Link budget calculation
Lead reporting and failure/issue investigation for system-level issues involving multiple disciplines
Skilled in technical reporting, SLA compliance, and project management
Experienced in team development, coaching, succession planning, and procurement for operational and future satellite programs

Senior Manager - Payload Systems (Space42)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
Advanced Degree or Certifications (PhD, PMP, Six Sigma, Space Systems Engineering)
10+ years progressive experience in satellite payload systems engineering, integration, or mission operations
Proven experience with AI and/or advanced analytics in payload or satellite systems
Deep knowledge of RF, communications, and TT&C systems design and integration
Experience with AI/ML, cloud, or edge computing in space or defense contexts is a plus
Experience in Satcom/telecom satellites and payload performance analyses

Senior Engineer - Business & Government Solutions (Space42)

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Operations & Business support systems and integrate them with existing company systems
Provide daily server maintenance related to applications, operating systems, and hardware
Support commercial and military Payload Control Center (PCC) and Satellite Control Center (SCC)
Maintain applications, operating systems, hardware; perform health checks, preventive maintenance, updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
Support Java-based operational applications on back-end servers and clients
Analyze system alarms for root cause analysis and resolution
Support IP Network, Monitoring and Control (M&C) system, and TT&C systems of satellite communications chain

Vice President - Satellite Operations

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject relevant to satellite operations
Professional certification in satellite operations
15 years experience in satellite operations, preferably in the satellite telecommunication industry
Expert-level technical competency across satellite operations including commanding/monitoring satellites, anomaly investigations, ground systems, and process definition
Project management skills to organize and oversee projects, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure proper project closure

إجادة فنية على مستوى الخبراء في مجالات متعددة: قيادة ومراقبة الأقمار الصناعية، التحقيق في الأعطال، فهم الأنظمة الأرضية ومكوناتها، ووضع العمليات والإجراءات اللازمة.
مهارات إدارة المشاريع لتنظيم والإشراف على المشاريع، إدارة الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات، وضمان إغلاق المشروع بشكل صحيح.
