Senior Associate Investments Legal

Job Summary:

To provide legal support in executing legal strategies for mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and corporate growth initiatives. Manage the legal aspects of deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiation, ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate the integration of acquisitions, and manage legal risks. Address complex legal tasks and may provide guidance to junior legal staff.

General Responsibilities:

Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems

Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.

Lead Programs Planning & Systems Management

HSE, Security, and Risk Protocols:

The Employee shall adhere to all the HSE, Security and Risk Management Rules & Procedures communicated by the company, including:

Taking reasonable care of the health, safety and security of persons that may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
Co-operate with their employer with respect to any instruction and/or actions taken by the employer to protect the employee and/or comply with HSE and security requirements.
Report to their immediate line manager any situation which they have reason to believe could present a risk, hazard, or issue to an individual or the company and which they cannot correct themselves.
Report all HSE and security incidents and work-related injuries.
Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace that supports the interest of HSE, security and welfare.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
6 years of relevant working experience

Manager, Financial Modelling

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
9 years of relevant working experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analysis complex data and market trends to inform decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendation to stakeholders
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in fast paced environment
Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, with advanced Excel skills
Experience working in cross functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization

الالتزام بجميع قواعد وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن وإدارة المخاطر المعتمدة من الشركة.
اتخاذ العناية اللازمة بصحة وسلامة وأمن الأشخاص الذين قد يتأثرون بأفعال الموظف أو تقصيره أثناء العمل.
التعاون مع صاحب العمل فيما يتعلق بأي تعليمات أو إجراءات تهدف إلى حماية الموظف أو الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن.

الإبلاغ عن جميع حوادث الصحة والسلامة والأمن والإصابات المرتبطة بالعمل.
عدم التدخل أو إساءة استخدام أي أدوات أو تجهيزات مخصصة لدعم الصحة والسلامة والأمن والرفاه في مكان العمل، سواء بشكل متعمد أو متهور.

المتطلبات الأساسية:

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

مدير النمذجة المالية (Manager, Financial Modelling)

المتطلبات الأساسية:

درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 9 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
مهارات تحليلية واستراتيجية قوية مع القدرة على تحليل البيانات المعقدة واتجاهات السوق لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة مع القدرة على توصيل الأفكار والتوصيات المعقدة بوضوح لأصحاب المصلحة.
مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع مع القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد وتحقيق النتائج في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.
إجادة التحليل المالي والنمذجة المالية مع مهارات متقدمة في برنامج Excel.
خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة من مختلف الإدارات والمستويات التنظيمية.
