Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to anticipate needs.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
Collaborate with maintenance, kitchen, events, and operations teams to meet purchasing needs.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

الحصول على عروض الأسعار، والتفاوض على الأسعار، وإبرام العقود مع البائعين والموردين.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمشتريات والأسعار وأداء الموردين.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتنسيق مع الأقسام لتوقع الاحتياجات.
ضمان تسليم البضائع في الوقت المحدد ومتابعة أي تأخير أو اختلافات.
التعاون مع فرق الصيانة والمطبخ والفعاليات والعمليات لتلبية احتياجات الشراء.
تقييم أداء الموردين بناءً على الجودة والتكلفة ومواعيد التسليم.
