Overview:

Committed and proactive person to join the team as an Associate HSES Tech. The ideal candidate will work with the project team to support the implementation and administration of HSE policies, procedures, and systems across the site, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. This position requires both on-site HSE monitoring and administrative support for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

HSE Responsibilities:

Assist in the monitoring of day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with local, Client and CB&I HSE regulations and standards
Conduct routine site inspections and report unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards
Assist the Project HSES Manager in the implementation of risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans
Assist, as directed by the Project team, in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting
Promote a strong safety culture by attendance and participation at toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and safety campaigns
Support the emergency preparedness and response plan, including drills and training
Assist as required in liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on HSE matters

Project Quality Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

BS Degree in Welding Engineering, Welding Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical with a welding emphasis, or Materials Science degree preferred. (Associate in Applied Science-Welding Technology or related AS combined with years of applicable experience)
Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
Manufacturing experience in heavy fabrication environment
Minimum 15 years experience working on active construction sites in a Welding, QC, or NDE capacity
Previous Welding Certification and Experience in an ASME and/or AWS governed application
Previous Welding Engineering experience-Trained in NDE
Basic understanding of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy
Fundamental understanding of non-destructive testing processes and methods
Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership skills along with demonstrated ability to work in a diverse team environment throughout all levels of the organization
Candidate should be results oriented with good project management, organizational, prioritization, and team-based skills
Competent computer skills with experience with MS Office Suite

المسؤوليات

المساعدة في مراقبة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع لضمان الالتزام بلوائح ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المحلية ومعايير العميل وCB&I.
إجراء فحوصات دورية في الموقع والإبلاغ عن الأفعال أو الظروف غير الآمنة والمخاطر المحتملة.
دعم مدير HSES للمشروع في تنفيذ تقييمات المخاطر، وبيانات الأساليب، وخطط السلامة.
المساعدة في التحقيقات المتعلقة بالحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وإعداد التقارير حسب توجيه فريق المشروع.
تعزيز ثقافة السلامة من خلال المشاركة في اجتماعات toolbox، وجلسات التوعية، وحملات السلامة.
دعم خطط الطوارئ والاستجابة بما في ذلك التدريبات والمحاكاة.
المساعدة في التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين في الأمور المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة.

مدير جودة المشروع (Project Quality Manager)

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

درجة بكالوريوس في هندسة اللحام، تكنولوجيا اللحام، التكنولوجيا الصناعية، أو علوم المواد. (المؤهلات المساعدة أو الدبلوم مع خبرة ذات صلة مقبولة).
مدقق معتمد ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
خبرة في بيئة تصنيع ثقيلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مواقع البناء النشطة في مجال اللحام، مراقبة الجودة (QC)، أو الاختبارات غير التدميرية (NDE).
شهادات خبرة سابقة في اللحام وفق ASME و/أو AWS.
خبرة في هندسة اللحام والتدريب على الاختبارات غير التدميرية.
معرفة أساسية بميتالورجيا المعادن الحديدية وغير الحديدية.
فهم أساسي لعمليات وأساليب الاختبارات غير التدميرية.
مهارات شخصية، تواصلية وقيادية ممتازة مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متنوعة على جميع المستويات التنظيمية.
القدرة على تحقيق النتائج مع مهارات إدارة المشاريع والتنظيم وتحديد الأولويات والعمل الجماعي.
إجادة استخدام الحاسوب، مع خبرة في MS Office Suite.
