Your day at NTT DATA

Design, implement, and safeguard secure network infrastructures.
Proactively strengthen defenses against cyber threats and ensure compliance with leading security standards.
Work across LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring all layers of the network are properly architected, secured, configured, and tested.
Continuously monitor systems and networks for security breaches or suspicious activity using advanced tools and best practices.

Client Project Manager

Academic qualifications and certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, project management, or a related field.
Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP.
ITIL certification is beneficial.

Required experience

Seasoned project management experience in a multinational professional services environment.
Proven client engagement experience.
Understanding of the project life cycle and project change management.
Experience managing expectations while balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.

Call Center Associate

Key responsibilities

Manage customer interactions throughout the complete implementation and deployment process of a property management system.
Develop and maintain strong supporting relationships with properties via phone calls and emails.
Ensure all necessary information is provided, received, and verified for successful deployment or upgrade.
Prepare property administrative tasks and configurations to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Manage the deployment process, schedule installations, and monitor completion.
Provide updates to vendors and escalate issues when necessary.
Handle multiple deployment relationships simultaneously.

Sr. Solutions Architect

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
Certification and knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
Safe Scaled Agile certification advantageous.

Required experience

Technical, IT, or operations experience within large-scale, preferably multinational, technology services environments covering software development, application support, and infrastructure support.
Experience in client engagement, needs assessment, and change management.
Expertise in integrating solutions with business domains, enterprise concerns, industry standards, and best practices.
Experience in agile development environments and in developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions.

SLED Sr. Sales Executive – California

Minimum Experience

7+ years in Information Technology with an understanding of applications to Public Entities.
7+ years in consultative selling roles, able to identify and address client issues.
7+ years of C-Level selling and relationship-building experience within the SLED Public Sector in California.

Minimum Education and Certifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
MBA or graduate degree preferred.
