General Insurance Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a General Insurance Coordinator with strong experience in the UAE construction sector to manage and coordinate all construction-related insurance policies. This role requires hands-on knowledge of Builders Risk Insurance, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions), and Contractors All Risks (CAR) Insurance, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and project contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Builders Risk Insurance covering structures, materials, and equipment at construction sites.
Coordinate Contractors All Risks (CAR) Insurance, including material damage and third-party liability coverage.
Handle Workers Compensation Insurance in compliance with UAE labor and insurance regulations.
Manage Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) Insurance for consultants, engineers, and design-build contractors.
Liaise with UAE-based insurers and brokers for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and certificates.

Receptionist – Fluent in Arabic, English, Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
HR certification is a plus.
Prior experience in manpower/outsourcing companies (mandatory).
Experience in construction company HR operations (highly preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage PRO & typist activities (visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, medical, renewals, cancellations).
Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports and employee records.
Assist the HR Manager in daily HR functions and strategic tasks.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

J.C.B Operator

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience operating J.C.B equipment.
Valid J.C.B operator certification.
Strong understanding of construction and infrastructure processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
