Receptionist – Arabic Speaker (JVT Location)

Job Title: Receptionist – Property Sales Center

Location: Dubai – JVT

Salary: Up to 5K + visa + Medical Insurance

Job Summary

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the property sales center. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front-desk operations, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and investors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about available properties, promotions, and company services

Senior Planning Engineer – Civil/Architectural (High-Rise Projects)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project programmes using Primavera P6
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with design and execution plans
Conduct critical path analysis (CPM) and time impact analysis (TIA) to manage delays and variations
Prepare and update baseline programmes, S-curves, and resource histograms
Lead planning efforts for high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations and standards
Monitor project progress and generate weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
Mentor junior planning engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s or PMP/PSP certification is a plus)
Proven expertise in high-rise construction planning
Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Office, and Power BI
Deep understanding of Dubai’s construction codes and market practices
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
