Branch Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, including at least 2 in a leadership role.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store.

• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training.

• Achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Ensure store compliance with corporate policies and visual standards.

Senior Sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury brands.

• Strong product knowledge and upselling ability.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance.

• Assist in achieving sales goals and KPIs.

• Mentor junior staff and support the Branch Manager.

• Maintain store cleanliness and display standards.

Junior Sales

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
