Brand Designer

Responsibilities

Design best-in-class visual and brand experiences that bring the idea of energy abundance to life.
Brand systems: Build and evolve Fuse's brand system, including typography, color, iconography, illustration, and motion.
Visual language: Define the visual language for web and mobile, shaping UI components, interaction states, and scalable patterns.
Cross-platform expression: Extend the brand across digital, motion, hardware interfaces, packaging, and print.
Voice & tone: Establish messaging principles, tone guidelines, content patterns, and microcopy standards for consistent communication.

Who You'll Work With

Our design team includes designers from Pentagram, Bakken & Bæck, Revolut, and Arrival. The team bridges visual, motion, 3D, product, and web design to create great experiences. You'll work directly with our CEO (ex-Revolut) and across engineering, trading, and operations.

Quantitative Researcher

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a quantitative researcher or data scientist.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data science tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
Strong statistical and modeling skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in the energy industry is a plus.

Security Engineer

Responsibilities

Security Engineering & Implementation

Assist in implementing and maintaining security controls across cloud infrastructure, web applications, and internal systems.
Support secure configuration of services, including access controls, secrets management, and API security.
Help review and improve the security of components related to identity, authentication, and transaction workflows.

Threat Modelling & Risk Awareness

Participate in threat modelling exercises and security reviews for new features and system changes.
Help identify common security risks and misconfigurations, and work with engineers to remediate them.
Stay informed about common attack vectors and vulnerabilities relevant to modern cloud and web environments.

Lead Security Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorisation.
Familiarity with securing systems that involve digital transactions, cryptographic operations, or high-privilege user actions.
Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and software development security.
Experience with AWS cloud security.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
