Receptionist

About the Job:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors at RAK Ceramics showrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah
Deliver a welcoming, premium brand experience
Support smooth front-desk and showroom operations
Contribute to maintaining showroom standards and customer engagement in line with company SOPs

Social Media / Content Creation Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee social media account design, mainly Instagram UAE
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and global account managers for brand consistency
Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build online community
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns
Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach
Liaise with agencies to optimize paid social media campaigns

IT Service Desk Support

Key Competencies:

Functional

Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networks
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to explain technical issues clearly
Proficiency in ticketing/service management platforms (HelpMe, Solman)
Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDC)
Knowledge of Active Directory basics
Experience with asset management and documentation systems
Strong multitasking and ticket management
Reporting capability for system performance and transactions

Procurement Specialist – Insurance

Understanding of Incoterms and full-cycle procurement

Knowledge of PR–PO processes and SAP MM

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA or related field; Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is a plus
3–4 years procurement experience in a large manufacturing organization
Insurance procurement experience preferred
Fluent in English; multilingual preferred

المسؤوليات:

التعاون مع فرق المبيعات وخدمة العملاء لضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية.

المهارات المطلوبة:

معرفة أساسية بأنظمة الحاسوب والشبكات والبرمجيات المستخدمة (Windows، Microsoft Office).
القدرة على شرح المشاكل التقنية بلغة بسيطة وسهلة الفهم.
خبرة في أدوات الدعم عن بعد وأنظمة إدارة التذاكر (Ticketing Systems).
معرفة بأساسيات Active Directory وإدارة الحسابات.
مهارات قوية في تعدد المهام، إدارة التذاكر، وإعداد التقارير.
مهارات تواصل عالية وخدمة عملاء احترافية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
