About the Job

The Monad Foundation is a team of ecosystem and community builders on a mission to grow the impact of decentralized technology. Monad blockchain, a performant and parallel EVM Layer 1, supports decentralized apps.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Writer to craft high-quality content communicating Monad’s technical innovations, ecosystem developments, and industry perspectives. You will collaborate with marketing, business development, and technical teams to create research pieces, thought leadership articles, and announcements for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Produce content that communicates Monad’s technical and industry developments
Work with leaders across the organization to develop research, articles, and announcements
Shape the Monad Foundation’s communication with developers, investors, and the blockchain community
Apply diverse writing styles for different audiences and purposes

Global Events

Key Responsibilities

Events Strategy and Execution

Identify opportunities for long-term, recurring, or scalable events supporting Monad Foundation initiatives
Plan and execute hosted or sponsored events, ranging from small gatherings to large-scale conferences domestically and internationally
Define event goals, OKRs, success metrics, and conduct post-event analysis to improve impact and ROI

Budget and Process Management

Manage event budgets and timelines with financial discipline
Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee post-event financial reconciliation
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences
Assess and adapt to regional, cultural, and venue-specific requirements to ensure events are operationally sound and locally resonant
