المؤهلات:

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال البناء أو المبيعات القائمة على المشاريع.

• - معرفة قوية بمواد البناء وعمليات البناء واتجاهات السوق في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض.

• يفضل أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول.

• تعتبر درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة ميزة إضافية.

المسؤوليات:

• إنشاء ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين لمشاريع البناء والعملاء.

• بناء العلاقات والحفاظ عليها مع المقاولين والاستشاريين ومديري المشاريع.

• إعداد عروض الأسعار ومقترحات المبيعات المصممة خصيصًا لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة في مجال اللحام أو إكمال التدريب المهني.

• معرفة إجراءات السلامة والتعامل مع المعدات.
