- The Performance & Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering NCH’s performance management, talent development, and learning frameworks to ensure a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role acts as the custodian of performance discipline, leadership capability, and development standards across the organisation. This position leads the end-to-end performance management cycle, talent reviews, succession planning, and the activation of NCH Academy, ensuring that learning and development initiatives are directly linked to performance outcomes, business priorities, and capability gaps. The role combines strategic design with hands-on execution, including the design and delivery of targeted training programmes, while leveraging internal subject matter experts to scale learning impact.
