Clinical Dietitian

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Education – Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited program

Education – Preferred:

Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years as a clinical dietitian in an acute care facility
For UAE Nationals: Upon completion of an internship

Certification and Licensure:

Current national license is required

Professional Membership:

Active member of a nutrition society or association is preferred

Job Specific Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of nutrition assessments, patient care plans, and best practices
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to effectively use electronic communication tools
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred

Transplant Coordinator

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred
Postgraduate certification in relevant nursing specialty is preferred

Experience:

5 years of clinical nursing experience
Progressive nursing experience with demonstrated success in the relevant nursing specialty (e.g., caring for transplant patients in ICU or ACU)
Clinical nursing experience in ACU and ICU is preferred
2 years of relevant nursing specialty experience (e.g., transplant) is preferred

Department Administrator

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (clinical/healthcare related domain)

Required Skills:

5+ years of relevant healthcare experience including 3+ years in healthcare operational management, or 7+ years of professional experience with supervisory responsibilities
Critical thinking and analytical skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Demonstrates emotional intelligence and strong leadership
Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Staff Nurse, Acute Care (In-patient)

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Minimum three-year curriculum in Nursing from an accredited program
Associate Degree Nurses from North America must provide evidence of passing the National Exam (USA: NCLEX – RN & Canada: Licensing Exam)

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in an acute care setting in a JCI-accredited facility

للإماراتيين: بعد إتمام التدريب العملي.

الشهادات والترخيص:

رخصة وطنية سارية المفعول.

عضوية مهنية:

يفضل أن يكون عضوًا فعالًا في جمعية أو جمعية التغذية.

المهارات والقدرات:

معرفة تقييمات التغذية وخطط رعاية المرضى وأفضل الممارسات.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وحل النزاعات.
القدرة على استخدام أدوات التواصل الإلكتروني بفعالية.
مهارات تواصل قوية شفويًا وكتابيًا، ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
إجادة حزمة Microsoft Office.

الخبرة:

خبرة تقدمية في التمريض مع نجاح مثبت في التخصص ذي الصلة (مثل رعاية مرضى الزراعة في ICU أو ACU).
خبرة في التمريض السريري في ACU وICU مفضلة.
سنتان خبرة في التخصص ذي الصلة مفضل.

إداري قسم (Department Administrator)

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة، الماجستير مفضل في مجال طبي/صحي ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة:

خبرة 5 سنوات على الأقل في الرعاية الصحية، بما فيها 3 سنوات في إدارة العمليات الصحية، أو 7 سنوات خبرة مهنية متقدمة مع دور إشرافي.
مهارات التفكير النقدي والتحليل، واتخاذ القرار، والعمل باستقلالية.
مهارات قيادية عالية وذكاء عاطفي.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
