Welder

About the Job:

The Welder performs sheet metal repairs to BEAR Order of Battle (BOB) equipment. Responsible for laying out, cutting, bending, shaping, gas welding, brazing, and performing hard and soft soldering of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair ferrous and non-ferrous metal prefabricated BOB structures, including assembly and dismantling of shelters
Implement sheet metal repair schemes to container skins and fit replacement structural components
Fabricate patches, perform minor panel beating and filling, and replace rivets, cam locks, hi-loc rivets, and nut plates
Undertake preventive maintenance including minor corrosion control on BOB equipment

Program Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in program/project management in food service or logistics
Experience in government contracting and familiarity with DLA policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

Active PMP Certification
Secret Clearance
Knowledge of food service distribution operations and industry standards

Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory Replenishment Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management in food service or logistics
Experience in DLA planning and forecasting
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies and inventory management systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in demand planning software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in demand planning or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM)
Knowledge of food service industry trends and dynamics

Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with DLA regulations, federal standards, and food safety requirements
Establish quality metrics and KPIs to monitor product quality and service delivery
Oversee inspection and testing of products throughout the supply chain
Conduct regular audits of suppliers and vendors to assess compliance with quality standards
Train staff on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices
Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement

Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

Promote a safety culture; ensure compliance with training, emergency response tasks, and participation in safety committees
Maintain quality standards in line with Amentum Quality Policy and customer contracts

القدرة على الحصول على التصاريح/التفويض اللازم لمرافق العمل والحفاظ عليها.

مدير تخطيط الطلب والتنبؤ وتجديد المخزون (Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory Replenishment Manager)

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الأعمال، تحليل البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تخطيط الطلب، التنبؤ وإدارة المخزون في صناعة الخدمات الغذائية أو اللوجستيات.

مهارات تحليلية قوية مع إجادة أساليب التنبؤ وأنظمة إدارة المخزون.
