Lead Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Estimation scope includes small, medium, and large Modular building, Living Quarters, Blast rated modules related to Oil and Gas Industry (Offshore / Onshore), Petrochemical industries, and Refineries using estimation tools and standards.

• Estimation based on Oil and Gas industry codes and standards including IMO, SOLAS, BS, NFPA; must be familiar with these standards.

• Analyze detailed project scope, tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare final cost estimates.

• Share tender documents with discipline estimation engineers, procurement, QHSE, and construction teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for tender submission.

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and competitiveness.

• Develop competitive pricing strategies and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) aligned with Oil and Gas standards.
