Healthcare Assistant (Home Care) (2)

Job Description:
We are looking to build a team of dedicated nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional care. If you are committed to going the extra mile for our patients and believe in treating others with compassion and respect, we invite you to join us. If you have a genuine enthusiasm for supporting and nurturing newborns and children, we would love to have you on our team!

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with feeding (breastfeeding/formula), diapering, and establishing healthy sleep routines.
Promote cognitive and motor development through age-appropriate activities, including tummy time and play.
Prepare meals, supervise play, encourage physical activity, and help with potty training.
Communicate daily updates to parents and provide childcare advice.
Perform basic cleaning duties related to childcare, such as washing bottles and tidying up play areas.
Ensure the baby/child’s safety and be trained in basic life support / first aid for emergency situations.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery or Caregiving, or Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate.
Proven experience in newborn and childcare.
Strong knowledge of child development and care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

المسؤوليات والواجبات المحددة:

المساعدة في التغذية (رضاعة طبيعية/حليب صناعي)، وتغيير الحفاضات، وإرساء عادات نوم صحية.
تطوير الطفل: تعزيز النمو المعرفي والحركي من خلال أنشطة مناسبة للعمر، بما في ذلك وقت البطن واللعب.
تحضير الوجبات، الإشراف على اللعب، تشجيع النشاط البدني، والمساعدة في التدريب على استخدام الحمام.
تقديم تحديثات يومية للآباء، وتقديم النصائح المتعلقة برعاية الأطفال.
أداء مهام تنظيف أساسية مرتبطة برعاية الأطفال، مثل غسل الزجاجات وتنظيم أماكن اللعب.
ضمان سلامة الطفل/الرضيع والتدريب على الإسعافات الأولية والدعم الأساسي للحياة في حالات الطوارئ.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض، أو دبلوم في التوليد أو الرعاية/شهادة مساعد تمريض معتمد.
خبرة مثبتة في رعاية حديثي الولادة والأطفال.
معرفة قوية بتقنيات نمو ورعاية الطفل.
مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
