Draughtsman - Immediate Joiners

About the job

About this role:

Create, analyze, and design detailed CAD drawings and conceptual Adobe drawings, in line with design information and project requirements
Prepare preliminary drawings, presentation drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings, and revision drawings
Ensure drawings are delivered with consistent accuracy and within the deadlines set by management or client
Report to OM and PMs regarding the development and progress of the design drawings
Provide necessary detailing to simplify execution of drawings
Ensure that final drawings reflect all approved changes or modifications
Make sure that the final approved drawings are identified and easily accessible for further reference by Operations
Operate AUTOCAD and Photoshop to deliver assigned duties
When required, visit the site and perform detailed measuring
Attend technical meetings with client when required
Prepare BOQ for procurement
Assist with the tendering process in pre-bid design activities
Create 3D rendering designs when required using 3DS Max
Sustain the confidentiality of the documents
Maintain a healthy & safe environment at the workplace
Follow the rules and regulations according to company policy

Quantity Surveyor - Estimation

About this role:

Oversees all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget while meeting quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Manager:

Manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure fair and legally sound agreements

Advisor and Consultant:

Provide expert advice on cost optimization, risk management, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle

Project Collaborator:

Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to align financial planning with project goals

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects during the planning stage
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring they align with project requirements
Monitor and control expenditures throughout the project to avoid budget overruns

Tendering and Procurement:

Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and schedules
Evaluate contractor and supplier bids to recommend the most cost-effective options
Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure the best value for money

Cost Control Manager

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree or MBA
Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Cost Engineer (CCE)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

Experience:

3–5+ years of experience in cost control, project management, or related field
Experience in construction or the relevant industry

Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., MS Project, Oracle, etc.)

رسام CAD - توظيف عاجل (Draughtsman - Immediate Joiners)

عن الدور:

إنشاء وتحليل وتصميم رسومات CAD مفصلة ورسومات Adobe مفاهيمية وفق معلومات التصميم ومتطلبات المشروع.
إعداد الرسومات الأولية، ورسومات العروض، ورسومات العطاءات، ورسومات التنفيذ، ورسومات المراجعة.
ضمان تقديم الرسومات بدقة متسقة وضمن المهل الزمنية المحددة من الإدارة أو العميل.
رفع تقارير إلى مدير العمليات ومديري المشاريع حول تطوير وتقدم الرسومات.
تقديم التفاصيل اللازمة لتسهيل تنفيذ الرسومات.
التأكد من أن الرسومات النهائية تعكس جميع التعديلات والموافقات.
التأكد من أن الرسومات النهائية المعتمدة محددة ويمكن الوصول إليها بسهولة للرجوع إليها من قبل فرق العمليات.
استخدام برامج AUTOCAD وPhotoshop لأداء المهام الموكلة.
زيارة الموقع عند الحاجة وإجراء القياسات التفصيلية.
حضور الاجتماعات الفنية مع العميل عند الحاجة.
إعداد BOQ لأغراض المشتريات.
المساعدة في عملية العطاءات ضمن أنشطة التصميم قبل تقديم العطاء.
إنشاء تصاميم ثلاثية الأبعاد عند الحاجة باستخدام 3DS Max.
الحفاظ على سرية الوثائق.
المحافظة على بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
الالتزام بالقواعد واللوائح وفق سياسات الشركة.

الإشراف على جميع الجوانب المالية لمشاريع البناء لضمان إكمالها ضمن الميزانية مع تحقيق معايير الجودة.

المسؤوليات:

إدارة العقود (Contract Manager):
- إدارة العقود مع العملاء والمقاولين والموردين لضمان اتفاقيات عادلة وقانونية.
الاستشارات والنصح (Advisor and Consultant):
- تقديم المشورة حول تحسين التكاليف، إدارة المخاطر، وتخصيص الموارد طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
التعاون في المشروع (Project Collaborator):
- العمل مع المهندسين والمعماريين والمقاولين ومديري المشاريع لضمان توافق التخطيط المالي مع أهداف المشروع.
