Advanced Process Control (APC) Engineer
Job Description:
ANDRITZ is seeking an APC Engineer to optimize industrial processes for our clients through advanced automation, digitalization, and process control technologies, including model predictive control, machine learning, data analytics, expert systems, digital twins, and dynamic process simulation.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate operating processes to identify areas for potential improvement

Design APC solutions, including control strategies
-
Implement APC technologies to optimize process performance
Project Manager – Plant Solutions MEA
Key Responsibilities:
-
Participate in projects from initial scoping/sales phase to project execution of Plant solution EPC deliveries
-
Act as the central communication hub between regions (Middle East & Africa, China, Asia Pacific, and Europe), both internally and externally
-
Ensure quality in all project work

Follow up with regional project teams to ensure progress and alignment

Update financial forecasting in the ERP system for projects

Report project status to the Management team

Conduct regular project review and risk review meetings to mitigate risks

Involved in contract preparation, quotation, technical sales support, and vendor selection

العمل كنقطة اتصال مركزية بين المناطق (الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، الصين، آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، وأوروبا)، داخلياً وخارجياً.

ضمان جودة جميع أعمال المشروع.

متابعة فرق المشروع الإقليمية لضمان التقدم والالتزام بالخطة.
-
تحديث التوقعات المالية للمشاريع في نظام ERP.

تقديم تقارير حالة المشروع لفريق الإدارة.
-
عقد اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع ومراجعة المخاطر بانتظام للحد من المخاطر.

المشاركة في إعداد العقود، تقديم العروض، دعم المبيعات الفنية، واختيار الموردين.
المؤهلات والخبرة:

خبرة في إدارة المشاريع الصناعية وحلول المصانع.

مهارات قوية في التنسيق بين الفرق متعددة المواقع وضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني والجودة.
