Role Overview:

The Gallery Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of AP Room, Atelio’s gallery dedicated to limited-edition and collectible furniture pieces. This role is non-sales, with a strong focus on operations, administration, inventory control, artwork/furniture tracking, logistics coordination, and systems management, primarily using Artlogic and internal operational tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Gallery Operations & Administration:

Oversee daily gallery operations, ensuring the space is organized, functional, and aligned with Atelio / AP Room standards
Manage administrative workflows related to collectible furniture pieces, editions, and exhibitions
Ensure all operational processes are documented, structured, and consistently followed
Act as the primary operational point of contact between AP Room, Atelio internal teams, designers, and external partners

The Marketing Director will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing across all brands and showrooms in the UAE and KSA. This role oversees brand positioning, campaign development, digital growth, and client engagement to strengthen both brand equity and commercial performance.

As the company launches two new brands and expands regionally, we seek a visionary, entrepreneurial leader with strong strategic and creative acumen to build and scale a world-class marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Define and implement cohesive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
Ensure consistent visual identity and storytelling across all channels
Partner with leadership to align marketing with sales and growth goals

2. Campaigns & Content:

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, print, and events
Oversee creative content, ensuring high aesthetic and storytelling standards
Adapt global brand assets to regional markets while maintaining brand DNA

قيادة الاستراتيجية والتطبيق العملي للتسويق لجميع العلامات التجارية والمعارض في الإمارات والسعودية.
الإشراف على وضع العلامة التجارية، تطوير الحملات، النمو الرقمي، والتفاعل مع العملاء لتعزيز قيمة العلامة التجارية والأداء التجاري.
دعم إطلاق علامتين تجاريتين جديدتين والتوسع الإقليمي من خلال بناء فريق تسويق عالمي المستوى.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

استراتيجية العلامة التجارية وتحديد الهوية:
- وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات متكاملة للعلامة التجارية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الأعمال.
- ضمان اتساق الهوية البصرية وسرد القصة عبر جميع القنوات.
- التعاون مع القيادة لضمان توافق التسويق مع أهداف المبيعات والنمو.
الحملات والمحتوى:
- قيادة الحملات التسويقية المتكاملة عبر الرقمية، العلاقات العامة، المطبوعات، والفعاليات.
- الإشراف على المحتوى الإبداعي وضمان جودة السرد والجمالية العالية.
- تكييف الموارد العالمية للعلامة التجارية للأسواق الإقليمية مع الحفاظ على هوية العلامة التجارية.
