Job Summary:

This role manages Owners Association (OA) accounts, operations, and compliance, ensuring proper governance, financial control, and coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage OA bank accounts, service charges, collections, payments, and financial record-keeping
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and audit coordination
Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., RERA, local laws) and adherence to OA by-laws
Act as the main contact between OA boards, property managers, developers, and regulators
Identify risks, maintain internal controls, and support process improvements

Required Skills & Background:

Understanding of OA structures, service charges, and escrow/trust regulations
Strong analytical, reconciliation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
