Assistant Tendering Manager

About the job

Job Purpose:

The objective of Business Development/Tendering (Assistant Manager) is to identify, support, develop and win opportunities with new customers and strategic accounts that can lead to long-term, integrated, energy and facility management contracts. The position will be part of a focused team of hunters that can build relationships with prospects and find ways for Enova to create sustainable value.

In alignment with Enova values, responsible for the sustainable growth of the company’s activities, revenues, profit, and customer portfolio. Success will be achieved by managing business development projects, from the creation of an opportunity, through the preparation of a winning proposal, to the contract’s sign-off.

Key Accountabilities:

Support the Managers in the identification and implementation of the company’s strategy and ensure effective cascading of strategy into implementable policies and procedures in line with the overall business objectives of the organization
Contribute to the preparation of the Business Development and Marketing department pipeline and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon

Facility Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage the facilities and operations within the assigned portfolio of assets/buildings while implementing best supplier and customer relationship management, facilities management, building energy services management, maintenance, and contract management practices that improve the overall operational efficiency of managed assets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and help achieve Enova’s business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide inputs to the development of the overall division strategy and participate in developing the business unit strategy in line with the vision, mission, and business objectives of the company
Deliver the Facilities Management strategy while ensuring contractual commitments are successfully met
Manage the effective achievement of the business unit’s objectives through leading the Facilities and Operations team in the assigned project, by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisals in order to maximize the subordinates’ and the business unit’s performance

Chief Renewable Energy Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure designs are constructible, safe, and execution-friendly
Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Resolve site-driven technical issues (layout clashes, foundation changes, cable routing, inverter placement)
Support site teams during construction, installation, and commissioning
Contribute to the development of the departmental strategy and ensure effective cascading of departmental strategy into section's policies and procedures in line with the overall business objectives of the Technical & Sustainable Development department
Contribute to Business Development by PV Solar Feasibility studies, scoping, resourcing and contracts screening for successful submission to ensure business growth
Oversee engineering deliverables and milestones aligned with project schedules
Identify engineering-related delays and implement recovery plans
Ensure timely release of IFC drawings and material take-offs (MTOs)
Manage the effective implementation of objectives through setting individual objectives, developing and motivating staff, subcontractor, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and the overall performance and to ensure that departmental objectives are met such as higher participation in opportunities, higher revenue generation, effective completion of projects, cost savings, safety and environmental quality

Assistant Utilities Manager

Qualifications, Experiences, & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a Master’s degree in Management or Facilities Management; CMMS knowledge is also preferable
8+ years’ experience in operations management; exposure to Maintenance and Facilities Management especially in the areas of operations planning, HSEEQ, supplier relations management, client relations management, maintenance, and contract management

تنفيذ استراتيجية إدارة المرافق وضمان الوفاء بالالتزامات التعاقدية بنجاح.
