Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Job

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

Invoicing

Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Verify invoice details, such as pricing, terms, and purchase/insertion orders

Customer Relations

Address customer inquiries, internal sales team inquiries, resolve payment-related issues, and provide account statements as needed

Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to payment terms

Data Entry

Enter financial data of the invoices raised into the company's accounting system, maintaining up-to-date and organized records

Monitor and regularly update customer master data and ensure completeness

Reconciliation

Assist with reconciling accounts receivable transactions to verify accuracy

Reconciling revenues not yet billed and monitor its ageing thereof

Investigate and resolve discrepancies and disputes with customers in the reconciliation process

Financial Reporting Specialist

Required Skills

One must be a qualified CA

3-4 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance

Strong knowledge of IND AS/IFRS accounting standards and financial regulations

Proven experience in team management and oversight of accounting entries

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

Proficiency in using accounting software, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

إصدار وتوزيع فواتير العملاء، مع ضمان الدقة والكمال
التحقق من تفاصيل الفاتورة مثل الأسعار والشروط وأوامر الشراء/الإدراج

علاقات العملاء

التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء واستفسارات فريق المبيعات الداخلي، وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمدفوعات، وتقديم كشف الحساب عند الحاجة
الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء مع ضمان الالتزام بشروط الدفع

إدخال البيانات

إدخال البيانات المالية للفواتير الصادرة في نظام المحاسبة بالشركة، والحفاظ على سجلات محدثة ومنظمة
مراقبة وتحديث بيانات العملاء الرئيسية بانتظام وضمان اكتمالها

التسوية

المساعدة في تسوية معاملات حسابات القبض للتحقق من الدقة
تسوية الإيرادات غير المفوترة ومتابعة تاريخ استحقاقها
التحقيق وحل النزاعات والاختلافات مع العملاء خلال عملية التسوية

أخصائي التقارير المالية

المهارات المطلوبة

يجب أن يكون حاصلًا على مؤهل محاسب قانوني (CA)
خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في التقارير المالية، والتجميع، والامتثال
معرفة قوية بمعايير المحاسبة IND AS/IFRS واللوائح المالية
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الفريق والإشراف على قيود المحاسبة
مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية واتصال ممتازة
القدرة على التعامل مع أولويات متعددة والعمل بفعالية تحت الضغط
إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة، وجداول بيانات Google، وتطبيقات Microsoft Office خاصة Excel
