Emiratisation Lead
About the job
Purpose of Role
- The role of the Emiratisation Lead is expected to deliver Regional Emiratisation strategy, meet Emiratisation targets aligned with the quotas set by the government and support a smooth and efficient recruitment process for Emirati’s in our UAE Schools. The Emiratisation Lead is the first point of contact for all Emirati staff for the recruitment and onboarding process. The post holder collaborates with the HR Managers and Principals in the recruitment and retention of Emirati staff in schools and reports to the Regional HR Director, ME.
- This role is crucial to the sustained growth of the schools, their promotion as the school of choice in their local area, and the effective delivery of the amazing learning message that is at the center of the ISP vision.

Key Qualities And Skills
- To be able to teach in an enjoyable, creative, and inclusive way, promoting independence, so that every child makes as much progress as possible
- To be able to develop positive working relationships with all members of the school community

Primary class teacher
Experience
- 2 years of primary teaching experience - However, strong NQTs will be considered
- Experience of teaching in a British school either internationally or in the UK
Teacher of PE (maternity cover)
Successful Applicants Will
- Be honest, transparent and have integrity.
- Have a good honours degree.
- Hold a QTS or PGCE teaching qualification, preferably from the UK.
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience of teaching.
- Be able to provide a UK enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.
- Be professional in appearance and conduct
- Be willing to contribute to the wider curriculum and support the vision of the school

- من المتوقع أن يتولى مسؤول التوطين تنفيذ استراتيجية التوطين الإقليمية، وتلبية أهداف التوطين بما يتماشى مع الحصص التي حددتها الحكومة، ودعم عملية توظيف سلسة وفعالة للإماراتيين في مدارسنا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ويُعد مسؤول التوطين نقطة الاتصال الأولى لجميع الموظفين الإماراتيين لعملية التوظيف والتوجيه. ويتعاون صاحب المنصب مع مديري الموارد البشرية ومديري المدارس في توظيف الموظفين الإماراتيين في المدارس والاحتفاظ بهم، ويرفع تقاريره إلى مدير الموارد البشرية الإقليمي في الشرق الأوسط.
