Business Development Specialist(UAE National)-Experince in ( financial/customer service/investment banking industry)
Seeking for UAE national candidates
Provide support for the effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.
Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and share knowledge with the team members to support their overall development.
Promote the organization’s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
Lead implementation of Business Development & Corporate Relations department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity
Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet CLIENT requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Drive top-line performance in line with business plan generated from current and new product and services
Prepare sales plan to create awareness and visibility for CLIENT among stakeholders at a national and international level
Monitor and track number of new listings on CLIENT and identify intervention to bring new listings across all products
Ensure creation of a database of customers under various categories
Ensure segmentation of the target customers by appropriate parameters
Analyse annual customer survey results and plan interventions to enhance quality of service provided by all CLIENT depts.
Supervise the process of organizing various events on a periodic basis targeted towards specific groups
Guide the team in ascertaining the eligibility of various customers to be invited for the seminars / conferences
Coordinate with the communication team to design the invites, posters and undertake any media planning
Ensure participation by sending timely invites to the targeted customers and follow-up with them on a regular basis
Guide the team to prepare proposals and presentations emphasizing the benefits of engaging with CLIENT and provide product education to all key customer groups
Make pitch presentations, conduct meetings and follow-up with targeted companies on a proactive and regular basis
Manage relationship with all key customers and ensure CLIENT is a preferred trading platform vis-à-vis other exchange

Optimize existing AZURE DevOps as the key CI/CD pipeline to incorporate development stories in the pipeline as well as plan for incorporation of automation into the pipeline
Provide leading and “hand-holding” assistance to existing developers and DevOps application support where required
Guide and lead developers both in-house and 3rd party into adapting and following the DevOps scrum methodology for developing robust and secure code
Ensure proper configuration of the software produced and traceability code versions with proper version control and central code repositories
Participate in assisting test functions for execution and monitoring of automated test scripts and quality assurance of code developed both in house and via 3rd parties,
Ensure the correct structure of development environments lines up with the ci/cd pipeline methodology.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
· Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews
Mentoring developers and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
Ability to work with business analysts in collecting requirements and writing user stories
Ability to run own scrums and daily stand-ups with in-house and 3rd party development teams
Ability and previous experience in running development teams under a feature team structure and using agile for prioritization frameworks
Responsible for making sure development teams function efficiently.
Familiar with implementing and maintaining develops secure code frameworks
Ability to write technical documentation and formulate backlogs
Ability to carry out retrospectives
Ability to do code quality control for the team before deployment to production
Ability to work as QA and work with QA teams in-house and 3rd parties.
Experience with test-driven development principles in QA
Expertise in test case design, implementation and execution: for both automated frameworks and manual testing using traditional tools like Excel as well as JMeter, QTC, etc
Expertise in stress testing for live services applications including load testing, scale testing, and load balance testing with traditional application architectures as well as microservice-based cloud architecture
Exposure to building applications using microservices architectures and Kubernetes
Expertise in Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, networking, and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.
Experience in managing in house and 3rd party development teams as well as 3rd party vendor delivery solutions
Experience in Coordinating the Scrum team for the entire project; planning, grooming, retrospectives, demos, etc as well as experience running development teams a plus.
Strong Knowledge of Cloud Networks, Compute & storage.
To provide test and development background services in planning Azure Kubernetes AKS clusters for a set of critical business applications.
Work closely with product managers and business analysts to understand the business and product. Act as a product manager when there is no one available.
Producing scalable, resilient, efficient, secure, and cost-effective designs and minimizing lock-in.
Strong experience in Azure DevOps, ARM, PowerShell, Terraform, and any of the configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet
Strong Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD Solutions.
Expertise and knowledge in designing Continuous delivery systems with one of the following tools - Jenkins/GoCD/Bamboo using Azure DevOps pipeline
Work closely with application, engineering, security, and operations teams to engineer and build Kubernetes and AzurePaaS & IaaS solutions within an agile and modern enterprise grade-operating model.
