About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Finance Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
control sheet forward it to the Income Audit Supervisor/Finance Manager/Director of Finance’s review.
Verify Comp/House Use/No Show/Cancellation/Housekeeping discrepancy/Rate Check/Variance/Upgrade/zero rate/Late Checkout and
Daily Revenue importation from OPERA to Solomon
General Cashier Summary updating/Overage/Shortages & Cash JV
Spot-check on registration cards/Vacant Rooms/Guest Lockers/Outlet Tour with Cash Count/Observation/Split Check and wherever revenue related.
Outlet Charge Tips Updatation and balancing.
Reconciliation of all the Revenue/non-Revenue which is payable to Outsourced
Prepare department administration calls summary and forward.
Needs to acquire and able to take responsibility relieve Income Audit Supervisor for day off and vacation
Should be able to undertake any other responsibility related to Income Audit given at any time, especially one-off report request from Management.

About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Executive - Cost Controller role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Finance Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Ensure cost control systems and procedures are developed and maintained to support an accurate audit control and supervising date to date operation.
Provide Heads of the Department with monthly financial data in order to allow them to analyze their performance and run their departments profitably.
Check the daily report and month end report before forwarding to the management.

Ensure that policies and processes on purchasing, receiving, transferring, issuing are updated and observed in accordance with Internal Operating Procedures manual in order to be in line with company directives.
Administer all monthly inventory process to ensure controlled losses for the hotel.
3- Finance Manager - Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa
About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Finance Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Review and approve all the relevant support to a day’s transactions once verified by the Assistant Finance Manager.
Assist the Director of Finance in compiling budgets and forecasts and cash flow reports.
Manager the preparation of special statistical reports which may be required by management.
Manager the duties and responsibilities of all the accounting employees.
Deputize for the Director of Finance during his/her absence and to be fully acquainted with his/her Job Description in order to carry out those responsibilities.
Handle all problems of the accounting office with the exception of those which have to be referred to the Director of Finance.
Manager the duties and responsibilities of the accounting employees and supervise the preparation of all monthly financial reporting and analysis
Organize the accounting office in conjunction with the Director of Finance.
