Operations Coordinator

Details

Chair weekly operations meetings with various departments to communicate priorities, feedback, and delays. Maintain accurate data integrity on the ERP system, compile job packages, coordinate workflow, and ensure timely completion of all sales and work orders. Perform work order tasks in D365 and liaise with Supply Chain and Workshop teams to prioritize raw materials and inventory for manufacturing and assembly.

Additional Responsibilities

Promote Hunting Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and maintain risk controls
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and work instructions
Participate in training and development activities
Establish expertise in designated technical/professional discipline
Maintain effective reporting and communication lines
Flexible to work reasonable hours and travel as needed
Perform ad hoc duties as reasonably required

Requirements

Relevant degree or equivalent workplace experience
Demonstrable experience in an operations environment or similar role
Experience with integrated ERP system – D365
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
Full driving license
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize workload, work as a team, and maintain high attention to detail

ترأس اجتماعات العمليات الأسبوعية مع مختلف الأقسام لنقل الأولويات والتعليقات والتأخيرات. الحفاظ على دقة البيانات على نظام ERP، وتجميع حزم العمل، وتنسيق سير العمل، وضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المناسب من جميع أوامر المبيعات والعمل. تنفيذ مهام أوامر العمل في D365 والتنسيق مع فرق سلسلة التوريد والورشة لتحديد أولويات المواد الخام والمخزون للتصنيع والتجميع.
