1. Allied Health Internship Program

Job Description:

• Report any unusual incidents occurrence in the duty such as patient safety events (clinical events) and near misses, according to hospital policy.
• Assist with patient assessments, preparation, and treatment protocols under the supervision of licensed clinicians. 
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of medical equipment and therapy tools used in daily patient care.
• Adhere to the internship regulations of the hospital.
• Observe a variety of procedures, treatments, and therapies in different allied health disciplines, including physical therapy, and speech therapy.
• Follow guidelines/practices of infection control.
• Participate in disaster drill and related mandatory training applicable.
• Be aware of the key performance indicators especially indicators related to patient care outcomes.

2. Health Care Assistant - Med/Surg

Job Description:

• Weighing of ambulatory patients
• Cleaning up after procedures, treating used instruments as per standard precautions
• Checks & stocks supply rooms as designated by team leader
• Assists with the maintenance of a clean, safe environment
• Demonstrates sensitivity to patients’ comfort and privacy and expresses interest in their progress
• Utilizes and ensures maintenance of equipment and instruments, reporting any damages, equipment malfunctioning to the Bio – Medical department and nurse in charge immediately, including the quality control checks on refrigerators and monitoring of room temperatures
• Undertakes a range of clinical support functions including preparing and stocking clinical areas in line with the protocols
• Accompany patients for x- ray procedures, ECG, CT Scan
• Accompany Physician during physical examination 
• Participates in nursing continuous quality improvement initiatives, in service education programmes, unit meetings and committee functions as assigned by nurse in charge
• Initiates emergency, safety practices and fire safety measures as necessary 
• Reports all incidents through agreed channels and chain of command, ensuring Incident report is completed, submitted to nurse in charge and any immediate action required taken

3. Accountant

Job Description:

• Ensure that all medical insurance invoices/credit notes are booked through the system and to the correct cost centre. Maintain proper reconciliation for additions and deletions and maintain data related to VAT reporting.
•  Handling various cash floats with up-to-date reconciliations
•  Conduct perpetual inventory counts and reconciliations.
•  Assist the Senior Payable Accountant and Payroll Officer in preparing schedules.
•  Audit daily credit card collections from the Main Cashier and update relevant General Ledger accounts.

4. Computer Support Administrator

Job Description:

• Minimum diploma degree in computer-related.
•  Computer maintenance professional certificates are highly preferable.
•  A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in large organizations as IT support technician, preferably in hospitals.
•  Solid experience in Windows platform support.
•  Experience in supporting windows based applications.
•  Familiarity with networking principles.
•  Good analysis and troubleshooting skills to identify and report software problems.
•  preferably knowledge in IP phone services.
•  Excellent communication skills.

المسمى الوظيفي:

• الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث غير عادية تحدث أثناء أداء الواجب مثل أحداث سلامة المرضى (الأحداث السريرية) والحوادث التي كادت تقع، وفقًا لسياسة المستشفى.
• المساعدة في تقييم المرضى وإعدادهم وبروتوكولات العلاج تحت إشراف الأطباء المرخصين. 
• المساعدة في إعداد وصيانة وتنظيف المعدات الطبية وأدوات العلاج المستخدمة في رعاية المرضى اليومية.
• الالتزام بأنظمة التدريب الداخلي في المستشفى.

•  التعامل مع مختلف العوامات النقدية باستخدام التسويات الحديثة
•  إجراء عمليات جرد مستمرة ومقارنات.
•  مساعدة محاسب الدفع الرئيسي وموظف الرواتب في إعداد الجداول الزمنية.
•  مراجعة تحصيلات بطاقات الائتمان اليومية من أمين الصندوق الرئيسي وتحديث حسابات الدفتر العام ذات الصلة.

4.  مسؤول دعم الكمبيوتر

المسمى الوظيفي:

• - درجة الدبلوم كحد أدنى في مجال الحاسوب.
•  تعتبر الشهادات المهنية في صيانة الكمبيوتر مفضلة للغاية.
•  - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المؤسسات الكبيرة كفني دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في المستشفيات.
•  خبرة قوية في دعم منصة Windows.
•  خبرة في دعم التطبيقات المبنية على نظام التشغيل Windows.
•  التعرف على مبادئ الشبكات.
•  مهارات جيدة في التحليل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لتحديد مشاكل البرامج والإبلاغ عنها.
•  يفضل أن يكون لديه معرفة بخدمات الهاتف عبر IP.
