About the Role

Richkey Properties is seeking a recruiter to support and execute recruitment activities for its real estate teams in Dubai.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and follow-up, working closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

This is an execution-focused role, suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for real estate teams, including agents and back-office staff
Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment tracking systems
Support offer coordination and onboarding activities
Ensure recruitment tasks are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards

المهام الرئيسية

البحث عن المرشحين وتقييمهم للعمل ضمن الفرق العقارية، بما في ذلك فرق المبيعات والدعم الإداري
إجراء المقابلات الأولية واختيار المرشحين المناسبين
تنسيق المقابلات والمتابعة مع المرشحين ومديري التوظيف
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمرشحين وقواعد بيانات التوظيف
دعم إجراءات تقديم العروض الوظيفية وعمليات الانضمام للعمل
الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة المتفق عليها لعمليات التوظيف
