Job Description
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for transporting materials or products using light or heavy trucks, ensuring on-time delivery, managing freight documents, and complying with company and regulatory standards. This role contributes to the company’s mission of connecting people and improving lives by ensuring reliable and efficient goods movement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive trucks (light or heavy) within city or industrial areas, and sometimes over long distances, to transport and deliver goods.
Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
Manage and maintain freight documentation accurately.
Understand traffic patterns, alternative routes, traffic regulations, and driving conditions to meet customer and organizational requirements.
Use and understand supporting route planning technology.
Assist with meeting technical and operational conditions for trucks and loading units.
Support preventive maintenance and perform minor in-transit repairs if needed.
Report any security breaches or unusual occurrences to supervisors.
Follow legislative, regulatory, and company driving standards.
Check and escalate recurring routine issues to supervisors.
Stakeholder Interaction
Explain facts, practices, and policies to colleagues while adhering to defined procedures and standards.
Support and interact primarily with team members.
Communicate information requiring explanation or interpretation.
Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
Management Responsibilities
Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
Education
Vocational, specialized, technical, or certification-based training.
Experience
Less than 2 years of relevant experience.

نبذة عن الوظيفة
مسؤول مشغل المستودع مسؤول عن نقل المواد أو المنتجات باستخدام شاحنات خفيفة أو ثقيلة، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد، وإدارة مستندات الشحن، والالتزام بالمعايير التنظيمية ومعايير الشركة. يسهم هذا الدور في مهمة الشركة المتمثلة في ربط الأشخاص وتحسين الحياة من خلال ضمان حركة البضائع بكفاءة وموثوقية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
قيادة الشاحنات (خفيفة أو ثقيلة) ضمن المدينة أو المناطق الصناعية، وأحيانًا لمسافات طويلة، لنقل وتسليم البضائع.
تحميل وتفريغ البضائع بأمان وكفاءة.
إدارة مستندات الشحن بدقة.
فهم أنماط المرور، المسارات البديلة، قوانين المرور، وظروف القيادة لضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء والمؤسسة.
استخدام وفهم تقنيات تخطيط المسار الداعمة.
المساعدة في تلبية المتطلبات التقنية والتشغيلية للشاحنات ووحدات التحميل.
دعم الصيانة الوقائية وإجراء إصلاحات بسيطة أثناء النقل عند الحاجة.
الإبلاغ عن أي خروقات أمنية أو أحداث غير عادية للمشرفين.
الالتزام بالمعايير القانونية والتنظيمية ومعايير القيادة الخاصة بالشركة.
التحقق وتصعيد المشكلات المتكررة للمشرفين.
التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة
شرح الحقائق والممارسات والسياسات للزملاء وفق الإجراءات والمعايير المحددة.
دعم والتفاعل أساسًا مع أعضاء الفريق.
نقل المعلومات التي تحتاج إلى شرح أو تفسير.
معالجة المشكلات المتعلقة بالمهام بشكل مناسب للحفاظ على علاقات العمل.
المسؤوليات الإدارية
