Job Description
The Field Engineer will provide technical support and services directly at client sites. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Hilti products, as well as training clients and ensuring optimal performance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair Hilti products and systems at customer sites.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Conduct training sessions for customers on proper use of tools and solutions.
Ensure equipment performance meets company standards and customer expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery.
Document work completed, including technical reports and maintenance records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Strong technical knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client sites.
Prior field service experience is advantageous.

الوصف الوظيفي
يقدم المهندس الميداني الدعم والخدمات التقنية مباشرة في مواقع العملاء. يشمل الدور تركيب وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال منتجات Hilti، بالإضافة إلى تدريب العملاء وضمان الأداء الأمثل للمعدات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح منتجات وأنظمة Hilti في مواقع العملاء.
تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات بكفاءة.
عقد جلسات تدريبية للعملاء على الاستخدام السليم للأدوات والحلول.
ضمان أداء المعدات وفق معايير الشركة وتوقعات العملاء.
التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتحسين تقديم الخدمات.
توثيق الأعمال المنجزة، بما في ذلك التقارير الفنية وسجلات الصيانة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
معرفة تقنية قوية بالأدوات والمعدات المستخدمة في البناء.
مهارات حل المشكلات، والتواصل، والتعامل مع العملاء بفعالية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مواقع متعددة للعملاء.
خبرة سابقة في الخدمة الميدانية ميزة إضافية.
