Junior Drilling Engineer

Details

Main Responsibilities

Prepare well data sheets and design/select wellhead equipment
Draft drilling programs and execute plans with engineering support
Conduct rig-site data analysis, monitor well operations and costs
Liaise with contractors and suppliers, supervise drilling teams
Ensure safety and proper maintenance of wells
Coordinate contracts and engineering designs
Evaluate commercial viability of wells with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

Engineering or science degree
Relevant well-site experience in drilling or as a supervisor
Certification in drilling engineering technologies
Training in HSE, Landmark Drilling Suite, Peloton WellView, risk management, and change management in drilling operations
Intermediate English proficiency
Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and professional integrity

التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين، والإشراف على فرق الحفر
ضمان السلامة والصيانة الصحيحة للآبار
تنسيق العقود والتصميمات الهندسية
تقييم الجدوى التجارية للآبار مع فرق متعددة التخصصات

الشروط

شهادة هندسة أو علوم
خبرة ذات صلة في موقع الحفر أو كمهندس/مشرف حفر
شهادة في تقنيات هندسة الحفر
تدريب متخصص في السلامة والصحة المهنية، برامج Landmark Drilling Suite، Peloton WellView، إدارة المخاطر، وإدارة التغيير في عمليات الحفر
مستوى متوسط في اللغة الإنجليزية
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والعمل الجماعي والنزاهة المهنية
