About the Job

Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to oversee the operations of du Tech’s state-of-the-art Data Center facilities. You will manage end-to-end efficient and reliable performance of Data Center infrastructure, as well as lead a team of dedicated professionals. This role includes ensuring smooth operations across Hyperscaler, Enterprise/Retail, and AI Data Center facilities, covering electrical, mechanical, security, and building systems. Deep knowledge of industry-wide hyperscale customer strategies, technology trends, and SLAs is essential. As a customer-facing role, high autonomy, advanced stakeholder management, and accountability are critical.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead operations and maintenance of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, UPS, cooling, power, and firefighting systems.
Ensure availability, reliability, and security of mission-critical systems; monitor and analyze system performance and implement improvement plans.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to align with industry standards and best practices.
Track and manage OKRs, KPIs, SLAs, and performance, capacity, availability, and budget metrics.
Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, disaster preparedness, project management, and logistics coordination.
Promote a culture of safety, security, and compliance across all Data Center operations.
Drive efficiency improvements across all sites.
Act as the primary operations interface for all technical and engineering matters relating to Data Center sites and solutions.
Collaborate across departments to improve tools, processes, and operational practices.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Certifications such as VCP, CCNA, ITIL are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Center operations and management.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Data Center facilities, including UPS, Cooling, and Power for large and hyperscale infrastructure.
Strong project management and vendor/contractor management experience.
Proven track record in Data Center operations, maintenance, and leadership.
Experienced in leading teams in a matrix organizational structure.
Experience in business growth and transformation initiatives.
Leadership and strategic planning skills.
Risk management, compliance, budgeting, and cost control experience.
Vendor and contract management expertise.

About the Job

Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of this position is to lead segment performance in terms of monitoring, budgeting, and analyzing both commercial and financial aspects. The role highlights risks and opportunities in a timely manner, consolidates the big picture after detailed analysis, and operates in a highly operational environment. The role holder builds and maintains relationships with segments, finance, and BI teams to provide guidance and ensure alignment with requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer, and operational KPIs
Extend segment yearly budgets +2 years (business plan) aligned with EITC strategy
Identify areas of automation to minimize daily, weekly, and monthly operational work
Review weekly and monthly performance with scorecard holders
Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target and perform root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs
Raise performance risks and business opportunities to support target fulfillment
Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models
Identify trends, advise, and recommend actions based on thorough analysis

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance or Business Management

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in analysis and reporting roles, preferably in the telecom industry
Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and business operations in telecom
