Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the Area Marketing team, you will coordinate and execute external campaigns, manage social media presence, and support events to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth in the construction industry.

The Engineering Team Leader will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Planning Engineers with different skill and experience levels. The role includes planning work schedules in coordination with overall capacities and ensuring effective use of team competencies, availability, and deadlines.
Requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to promote knowledge sharing and engineering training, motivate team members to achieve individual and group goals, act as a role model and mentor, and guide the implementation of formwork solutions according to project requirements while promoting engineering value.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver customer presentations and support the Sales team during client technical meetings to ensure successful collaboration and project execution.
