DetailsManager Cargo Operational Readiness & Transition, you will lead the dnata Cargo operational readiness activation and transition (ORAT) activities across dnata Cargo global network. You will drive operational integration for new stations, major infrastructure developments, and strategic acquisitions, enabling seamless transitions with minimal disruption to the Cargo business operations. This role is based full time out of our Dubai office.
Requirements
Manage and lead dnata Cargo ORAT activities across stations and projects, ensuring readiness for new and expanded operations.
Plan and execute operational integration activities for strategic acquisitions aligning operational processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
Act as a focal point with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness milestones are met and facilitate change management initiatives to prepare teams for operational transitions.
Service Delivery Agent
Details
Service Delivery Agent, you will have to ensure safe and timely processing of all Export Cargo throughout the landside and airside handling activities with additional focus on the administration and control of all special cargos including preparation/updating airway bill and flight data in systems based on the shipper's and Carriers instructions and in line with IATA/ Country and local Authority Regulations.
Requirements
Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Ensures that safety briefings are conducted regularly while intervening when there is risk exposure, role model safe behaviours and follows up on corrective actions.
Applies departmental policies, processes, procedures in day-to-day operations adapting to any changes in the established standards and procedures.
Cargo Agent
Details
Cargo Agent you will perform all cargo handling related activities including documentation, customer service, acceptance, delivery, breakdown, build-up, equipment operation and transport to ensure smooth handling of cargo throughout Cargo Operations (Export and Import).
Requirements
Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job.
Discusses safety concerns openly and reports them to the relevant supervisor.
Complies with relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies.
Operations Delivery Manager
Details
Operations Delivery Manager, you will plan and control operational areas of the department including service delivery targets, service level agreements (SLAs), business continuity plans, quality and safety, working with Line Management to set the operation up for success. You will ensure that escalated issues are followed up on and to ensure the continuity of the business in an optimum efficient manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal and safety requirements and standard operating procedures. This is a full-time role and is based in our Dubai office.
Requirements
Recommend improvements of systems, processes, procedures, standards, and facilities ensuring their implementation and controls.
Review department related SLAs and contracts to ensure that the changes are well- communicated to the concerned individuals.
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions are aligned with regulatory requirements, training, and department practice.
Coordinate with training and development units on an on-going basis to ensure that employee is provided with the required training programs in line with their development plans and the availability of sufficient suitably qualified and experienced resources.

Details
Head of Operational Performance, you will drive global operational excellence across dnata Airport Operations through performance initiatives, service frameworks, and transformation programmes. The role supports strategic delivery by embedding continuous improvement, optimising operations, and enhancing safety, efficiency, and customer experience. It applies data-driven techniques to improve productivity and resource planning, while leading change and supporting integration and execution at station level. This is a full-time role based out of our Dubai office, which will require frequent (and sometimes extended) business travel.
