Job Description

The Relationship Manager will act as a key liaison between developers, brokers, and clients, ensuring high-quality service and strong business relationships. This role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding market reach, and enhancing Deca Properties’ presence both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with top real estate agencies.
Conduct engaging project presentations and sales training sessions.
Drive sales performance through events, incentives, and broker engagement.
Expand Deca’s market reach locally and internationally.
Serve as the primary link between developers, brokers, and clients.

Requirements

Strong sales drive; prior real estate experience is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market or eagerness to learn quickly.
High energy, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.
