We are currently hiring for multiple positions:
Real Estate Sales Agent

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Financially motivated / money hungry
Professional attitude
Valid driving license (for sales roles)
Financial stability for at least 4–6 months (for sales roles)
Experience in videography, editing, or drone operation (for Videographer role)
Responsibilities
Sales & Property Roles:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends
Guide clients with pricing and marketing strategies
Conduct property viewings, facilitate transactions, and negotiate deals
Videographer Role:
Film and edit high-quality real estate videos
Capture interior, exterior, neighborhood, and lifestyle shots
Work with agents/marketing to meet creative goals
Ensure consistent visual quality and brand standards
Manage equipment, lighting, and audio
