Job Description:
Conduct investigations and due diligence for corporate clients.
Analyze financial, operational, and reputational risks.
Prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
Support senior team members in compliance and investigative projects.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in investigations, due diligence, or compliance.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
2. Senior Manager, Investigations, Diligence and Compliance
Location: Dubai, UAE (Part-time, On-site)
Job Description:
Lead investigation and compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage teams of associates and analysts.
Develop strategies for risk assessment and compliance monitoring.

التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لجمع المعلومات.
المتطلبات:درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، القانون، الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التحقيقات أو العناية الواجبة أو الامتثال.
مهارات تحليلية واتصالية وتنظيمية قوية.
