1. HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted HR partner to the Service unit, supporting managers and employees in daily operations and HR-related decisions — primarily for the teams based in United Arab Emirates and Oman, with partial support to the Middle East and Africa Cluster Manager.
• Coordinating onboarding, introductory training, adaptation processes, and exit interviews.
• Driving employee engagement, motivation, and participation in development programs in collaboration with line managers.
• Contributing to the development of local HR strategies for service units in United Arab Emirates and Oman.
• Ensuring data accuracy in Workday and collaborating with payroll, recruitment, and HR shared services.
• Creating and maintaining internal HR policies, guidelines, and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
• Preparing HR reports, analyzing workforce data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participating in local and international HR projects, ensuring alignment with ABB policies and standards.

2. Channel Sales Specialist

Qualifications for the role 

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechatronics engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Building Automation, and BMS sales and UAE market expertise and a strong ability to communicate the value of energy efficiency solutions.
• Technically aware of home automation/BMS protocols including KNX, Zigbee, , Matter, BACnet, , Modbus, and TCP/IP with a track record of developing effective channel strategies for system integrators.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, skilled in customer engagement, handling complex discussions, and working cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
• KNX certification is a plus.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.

3. Marketing Communications Manager - Temporary (Maternity Coverage)

qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience in a B2B environment (prefer technical/ industrial environment)
• Proven experience in global communications and marketing roles, preferably in the industrial sector, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful global marketing campaigns, utilizing a variety of channels and tactics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for various audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience managing and coordinating external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure marketing performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• تنسيق عمليات التوظيف والتدريب التمهيدي وعمليات التكيف ومقابلات الخروج.
• تعزيز مشاركة الموظفين وتحفيزهم وانخراطهم في برامج التطوير بالتعاون مع مديري الأقسام.
• المساهمة في تطوير استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية المحلية لوحدات الخدمة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وسلطنة عمان.

المؤهلات المطلوبة للوظيفة 

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية/الميكاترونكس
• خبرة تزيد عن 7 سنوات في مجال أتمتة المباني ومبيعات أنظمة إدارة المباني، بالإضافة إلى خبرة في سوق الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقدرة قوية على إيصال قيمة حلول كفاءة الطاقة.
• يتمتع بمعرفة تقنية ببروتوكولات أتمتة المنازل/أنظمة إدارة المباني بما في ذلك KNX وZigbee وMatter وBACnet وModbus وTCP/IP مع سجل حافل في تطوير استراتيجيات قنوات فعالة لمكاملة الأنظمة.

• خبرة مثبتة في أدوار الاتصالات والتسويق العالمية، ويفضل أن تكون في القطاع الصناعي، مع التركيز على التسويق بين الشركات (B2B).
