Human Resources Analytics Specialist

Job Description

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data, including employee engagement, turnover, performance, and compensation metrics

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

  • Partner with HR leadership to identify key workforce trends and support strategic talent decisions

  • Build predictive models and forecasting tools for workforce planning and talent acquisition

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards and organizational policies

  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR processes, diversity and inclusion metrics, and employee experience improvement

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and other departments to integrate human capital analytics with broader business strategies

  • Support automation of HR reporting and analytics workflows for efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics or workforce analytics roles

  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), data manipulation (Excel, SQL, Python, or R), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics (recruitment, attrition, performance management, compensation, etc.)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with predictive analytics and data modeling is a plus

Job Description

  • Perform other related responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate

  • Follow up daily site visit plans covering various locations based on contractor's program and direct supervisor's instructions to ensure compliance of contractors and service bodies with recognized systems, regulations, standards, and procedures

  • Conduct comprehensive surveys, prepare necessary reports for the direct supervisor, review daily progress reports, and escalate as required

  • Resolve minor on-site issues by contacting concerned authorities, contractors, and other involved parties

  • Check accident reports and ensure timely corrective actions

  • Ensure contractors use approved materials during maintenance works and control periodic material tests

  • Assist in reviewing contractors' periodic programs to ensure compliance with RTA and customer requirements, inspect major diversions per approved drawings, and report to the direct supervisor

  • Attend emergencies as informed by the direct supervisor, assist in resolving issues, and update seniors upon resolution

  • Ensure 24x7 availability for immediate response and rectification of emergency works, including damages, incidents, and service breakdowns

  • Coordinate with police and other related departments or agencies in case of disasters

  • Responsible for all data entry of executed works in MMS and other EDMS assigned tasks

  • Take photographs as evidence to support reports and procedures followed

  • حل المشكلات البسيطة في الموقع عن طريق التواصل مع الجهات المعنية والمقاولين والأطراف الأخرى المشاركة

  • فحص تقارير الحوادث وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المحدد

  • التأكد من استخدام المقاولين للمواد المعتمدة أثناء أعمال الصيانة ومراقبة اختبارات المواد الدورية

  • المساعدة في مراجعة برامج المقاولين الدورية لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات RTA والعملاء، فحص التحويلات الكبرى وفق الرسومات المعتمدة، وإرسال التقارير للمشرف المباشر

  • التعامل مع الطوارئ وفق توجيهات المشرف المباشر، المساعدة في حل المشكلات، وتحديث الإدارة العليا بعد حلها

  • التأكد من التواجد على مدار الساعة لتقديم استجابة فورية وحل المشكلات الطارئة مثل الأضرار والحوادث وانقطاع الخدمة

  • التنسيق مع الشرطة وأي جهات أو إدارات أخرى ذات صلة في حالات الكوارث

  • المسؤولية عن إدخال جميع البيانات المتعلقة بالأعمال المنفذة في نظام MMS وأنظمة EDMS الأخرى الموكلة له

  • التقاط الصور لإرفاقها كدليل في التقارير ودعم الإجراءات المتبعة

Key Results Accountabilities

  • Advise on bus priority measures such as priority at traffic signals through special sequence phasing, exclusive bus lanes, contra-flow arrangements for buses, reserve zones, free bus access to busy commercial areas, park & ride, and BUS ONLY laybys

  • Assist in assessing the efficiency of current bus infrastructure including bus depots, stations, terminals, and stops, and propose improvements/enhancements

  • Assist the Agency in efficient utilisation of resources including buses and manpower

  • Suggest effective methodology to monitor the performance of the bus network, evaluate deficiencies, and propose solutions

  • Undertake reviews and investigations of operational and administrative matters and prepare reports as requested

  • Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate

  • Assist & advise the Planning & Business Development Department in developing long- and short-term public transport and shared mobility network plans that reflect the strategic objectives of the Public Transport Agency, including seamless integration with other transit modes

  • Review management indicators and propose criteria to increase the number of passengers

  • Ensure full compliance between department initiatives, programs, and projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop budgets for operational contracts

  • Coordinate with central departments within the Authority regarding projects, initiatives, and contracts

  • Monitor operational contract execution and supplier obligations to the Authority

  • Oversee quality and asset management for operational processes

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence and reports related to initiatives and projects

  • Manage and implement projects and initiatives related to the Vehicle Numbers Department

  • Spearhead strategic project management, ensuring successful execution of both long-term and short-term strategies

  • Review and monitor project budgets, initiatives, and operational contracts
