مسؤول عن التنفيذ الكامل للعمل بدءًا من عملية التشغيل على الماكينات / عملية التجميع وحتى الشحن والتسليم.
تنظيم وضبط أنشطة التصنيع داخل الشركة لضمان تشغيل آمن، فعال، وكفء.

تنسيق كافة الأنشطة المطلوبة لتوجيه ومراقبة عمليات اللحام.
فحص اللحامات للتأكد من خلوها من العيوب وتوافقها مع متطلبات الشركة والعملاء والمعايير الدولية.
دعم المشروع من خلال توفير إجراءات اللحام المناسبة (WPS)، تقييم أسباب العيوب، وتوجيه فريق اللحامين والمفتشين المعينين.
التنسيق مع الفريق الفني لتنفيذ عمليات التفتيش وضمان التزام العمال بإجراءات اللحام والقيود والمعايير المحددة.

Welding Supervisor

📋 Job Description

Supervise all welding activities and ensure the quality of welds and welders’ qualifications at all times.
Coordinate all activities required to direct and control welding operations.
Inspect welds to ensure they are defect-free and meet company, customer, and international standards.
Assist the project by providing relevant and applicable WPS, evaluating defect causes, and guiding the assigned welding group, including inspectors and welders.
Direct and coordinate with technical personnel in performing inspections to ensure workers comply with established welding procedures, restrictions, and standards.
