هدف الدور الوظيفي

يدعم مسؤول المواهب والأداء تنفيذ وإدارة إطار عمل تقييم الأداء للمجموعة. يشمل ذلك إدارة دورات الأداء عبر الأقسام المختلفة (المؤسسية، التجزئة، والمستودعات في الإمارات وخارجها)، إجراء التحليلات، تحسين العمليات، والمساهمة في مبادرات تطوير المواهب التي تعزز ثقافة التحسين المستمر.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

إدارة وإنهاء دورات تقييم الأداء للمجموعة عبر الأقسام والمؤسسات في الإمارات والمواقع الدولية، تحت إشراف مدير المواهب والأداء.
ضمان التواصل الفوري لتحديثات الأداء والعمليات المتعلقة به عبر المؤسسة.
التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لضمان توافق أهداف الأعمال مع أداء الأفراد من خلال متابعة تحديد الأهداف، مراجعات منتصف العام، وتقييمات نهاية العام.
تنفيذ ومتابعة عملية خطة تحسين الأداء (PIP) مع ضمان التوثيق والمتابعة الدقيقة.

Role Purpose

The Talent and Performance Executive supports the implementation and execution of the group’s performance management framework. This includes running performance cycles across Corporate, Retail, and Warehouse functions (UAE & international), conducting analysis, optimizing processes, and contributing to talent development initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Run and conclude the group’s performance cycles across Corporate, Retail, and Warehouse roles in UAE and international locations, under the supervision of the Talent and Performance Manager.
Ensure timely communication of performance-related updates and processes across the organization.
Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain alignment between business objectives and individual performance by tracking goal setting, mid-year reviews, and end-of-year evaluations.
Execute and monitor the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.

Sales Associates - Female

🎯 Role Purpose

We are currently looking to add Sales Associates for our stores in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in retail or relevant customer service. Proven success in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships is essential.

📝 Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in finding desired products.
Maintain full knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies on payment, exchange, and security practices.
Keep the stock room organized and ensure adequate stock levels; notify Shop Manager of needs or excess stock.
Arrange and display merchandise by item, size, and color as directed by the Merchandiser team.
Process all payment methods and ensure proper cash register turnover to the next cashier.

استقبال العملاء ومساعدتهم في إيجاد المنتجات المطلوبة.
معرفة كاملة بالعروض الترويجية والسياسات المتعلقة بالدفع والاستبدال وممارسات الأمن.
الحفاظ على ترتيب المخزون والتأكد من توفر الكميات الكافية، وإبلاغ مدير المتجر بالاحتياجات أو الفائض.
ترتيب وعرض البضائع حسب الصنف والحجم واللون تحت إشراف فريق المبيعات.
استلام جميع طرق الدفع وضمان تسليم الصندوق بشكل صحيح للكاشير التالي.

The Facility Management Coordinator ensures the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of company premises, including warehouses and showrooms. The role involves managing service requests, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the Group Facilities Manager in executing facility-related strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance activities across all locations.
Monitor service requests and ensure timely closure within SLA.
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to emergency repair calls.

Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of goods across the supply chain—from suppliers to warehouses and retail outlets or customers. The role manages import/export documentation, coordinates with vendors and freight partners, and ensures timely and efficient delivery while maintaining accurate records.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination

Coordinate cargo pick-up, loading, and tracking with suppliers and freight forwarders.
Monitor shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery to warehouses.
Liaise with transport providers for urgent or scheduled deliveries.

Customs & Documentation

Prepare and verify all required customs clearance documentation.
Maintain accurate records for import/export transactions.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
