Establish working relationships with department heads to determine manpower needs.
Manage sourcing processes across all departments, branches, and divisions.
Devise, run, and evaluate selection processes, including interviews and assessments.
Advise hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
Conduct job analysis and revise role profiles for all positions.
Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns for recruitment.
Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
Oversee recruitment subcontractors, including contracts and payments.
Maintain organized documentation for all recruitment activities.
Manage recruitment databases, systems, and pipelines efficiently.
Monitor and maintain the recruitment budget.
Oversee recruitment service providers and agencies.
Ensure the best sourcing methods are applied (search, contingencies, advertisements, etc.).
Achieve recruitment KPIs across various business units.

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Handle customer complaints within a designated timeframe.
