Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations

To administer and handle the Export Orders in order to fulfill the Company’s obligations to its customers as per the terms and conditions agreed, in line with approved policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Operates all required equipment within the section as instructed.

Tallies and scans Sales Orders before dispatch and advises the line manager if there are major concerns with shipments.

Carries out other tasks and duties associated with the accountabilities as instructed.

Understands and follows the work process and procedures ensuring successful daily operation.

National Trainee Programs
Job Description:
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is pleased to announce our National Training Programs, available at both our Al Taweelah - Abu Dhabi and Jebel Ali - Dubai locations. These programs are designed to provide UAE Nationals, particularly high school leavers, with the opportunity to begin careers in various fields within our company.
Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Trainees are taught through structured, classroom-based theoretical programs, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA areas.

Senior Associate - Market Research
Job Purpose:
To lead independent analysis and discussions that ensure the definition and execution of EGA strategy, independently lead work-streams and small projects within the scope, develop various financial models for project assessment and valuations, enable the implementation of strategic/value capture projects in coordination with the relevant business areas, and support in the overall execution of the strategy and the performance of EGA’s international assets, contributing to the analysis of business development activities.

Job Purpose:
Provides technical acumen and specialist support to the strategic workforce planning and organization design function; acts as a Trusted Partner to line managers, HC management and stakeholders, business partners, and Finance for strategy formulation and control of decided actions mainly related to workforce planning, Processing of Personnel Action (PAF) and Personnel Requisition (PRF) processing, and organization structure revisions to support the achievement of the HC strategy.
